Cinnamon doughnut muffins: Noble Pig

My awesome friend and fellow foodie Chelsea passed on this delicious-looking recipe for cinnamon doughnut muffins. I’m currently looking for a good cupcake/muffin recipe to enter in Hartwick’s monthly baking contest, and these look like they could take first place.

I have until March 20 to come up with a winner, so if you have any foolproof recipes for cupcakes, please send them my way!
